At PRS Ventures, we follow a simple yet comprehensive 7-step approach to investing in Commercial Real Estate:

  1. Identify properties that are projected to meet our investor goals

  2. Make an offer and negotiate purchase price based on our underwriting models

  3. Get offer accepted and deal shared with our investors (that’s you!)

  4. Our team performs extensive due diligence on the property including inspections, on-site reviews, utility bills, banking statements, etc.

  5. We then re-negotiate our offer based on the due diligence results and establish an even-better deal for our investors

  6. Work with our legal team to get documents drafted and executed as well as getting the mortgage approved and GP guarantor on board

  7. Close the deal!
